SPOTLESS GROUP
In July 2005 Guaber Spa, a company of Bologna that was set-up in 1961 by Paolo Gualandi and AXA Private Equity signed the agreement that lead to the creation of the Spotless Group, a large European industrial group specialized in the sale of fabric care products, cleaning products, insecticides and plant care products.
Spotless Group currently includes three companies that are leading businesses in their respective markets and countries: the French company Eau Ecarlate, formerly owned by AXA Private Equity and its management, the Irish company Punch, which owns the “Color Catcher” patent (marketed in Italy as “L’Acchiappacolore”) and Guaber, a company set-up from a branch of Guaber Spa.
